Room 7

Welcome to Room 7...

Welcome to Room 7.  We are a Year 3 & 4 class with 24 students and we have Mrs Macfarlane and Mrs Bolland to help us with our learning.

We are keen and enthusiastic learners and enjoy our numeracy and literacy time as well as other class lessons. 

We get on well with each other, helping our peers to learn and being committed learners.

We are very sporty – lots of us are involved in league, soccer, rugby, hockey, boxing, athletics and some are mad keen hunters.

Dancing and gymnastics, hockey, netball, miniball and swimming are popular pastimes for others  and Room 7 love their pets, dogs, cats and horses.

In our class we usually have something growing – at the moment we have just planted peas in the school garden, and we are currently growing a kumara and lettuce seeds for the garden too.

We have 2 other class members. George is our little monkey, Baxter is our Black Bear who has come all the way from Canada and liked it so much that he decided to stay in Room 7 and we have Monty Moose who joined us also from Canada.  We love taking George, Monty and Baxter away on trips with us.

We are very proud of our classroom and the work we have displayed in our display books, in the room and on the landing and we invite you to come and see us and our work.
